ADHD is common
It is estimated that around 1 in 20 school-aged children and adolescents have ADHD. That's about 366,000 children and adolescents in England and Wales.1
There may well be other people in your class or on your football team who have ADHD, so do not think you are the only one. If you know someone else has it then why not have a chat to them? They might be able to fill you in on things you aren't sure about.
